you're buying the one facing swimming pool? the price is around there. Make sure 2 parking minimum. once the stupid strip mall is up, parking is going to be a nightmare if you have more cars than alotted parking. or you can buy at block 2 less 100k and save it for renovation/furniture.

just do the usual diligence check when buying a house, the thread is pinned here.

neighbours depend on your luck, but neighbourhood is relatively quiet. management ok as i've seen worse.

Wow... How many sqft is the 370k unit? Why not buy the next condo to it? Puncak sri kelana? With 370k, i guess u have 2 parking there. But jamn is terrible especially morning.
