Awareness on autism is much better these days (btw Asperger's Syndrome is archaic, these days autism is collectively known as Autism Spectrum Disorder and has garnered thorough attentions and researches worldwide.

Understanding his conditions via professionally administered ASD test (not those free tests online), lend him a hand if required and provide collective supports from his network (family and friends) could really make a difference on him.
