nvidia 7150m 64,128,256mb?, how to increase them??

i had increased my vram from 64mb to 128mb but,i heard that it can increase even more to 250mb++..
the problem is i only can increase the vram to 128mb..there's no option for 256mb...how can i increase them??? is there any solution??? im using compaq presario V3751AU 2GB ram, AMD turion 64 x2 2.00 GHz and running vista..i need help from any experts...plzzzz |

If in that case i think its just the VRAM sharing with the rams u had...
I mean computer ram with the video card rams..so i think its not possible |
