whoever use this type of ram?? i dont know how to set it stable bcoz if i set to ram default,my pc always dumping....then i try to swap with my friend ram,then the same prob occur on my friend pc..what should i do?

it gives u error even u dont set anything in the bios? If thats the case u might need to download memtest and check for error already...google around... Hope it help... Before u use memtest u can try to just put in 1 stick of ram and try it... Test the ram 1 by 1...

thanks..ok now i try vdram at 1.65 ant timing 9-9-9-20 and it stable untill now..i follow the vdram & timing at the ocz website...

Well the rating and voltage should be written on the memory itself...

but if follow the JEDEC#5, it should be stable at 666MHz (DDR3 1333), 9-9-9-20 at 1.5v. hmm.gif

i was wondering why it still damping hmm.gif hmm.gif ....now i'm testing 1 pieces of ram only and it run without BSOD after 1 days.. i decide to let my pc to test the ram for 3 days...after that test the other 1...wish me luck...huhuhu

maybe try run memtest86 to identify the condition of the ram?
because normal usage maybe didn't stress the ram, and the ram maybe not show any problem.

i have the same type of ram biggrin.gif..

just get it to 9-9-9-20.. and run it at 1.65v..
should handle your OC'ed i7 nicely without any bsod..

i have test the ram with memtest and the result is it passed the test...but when i run the window.open few tab on chrome with winamp...then BSOD appear...damn...that means my ram is faulty bcoz it make my pc BSOD frequently...emmm need to send back to supplier..

i think have to identify what is the cause of bsod also, either software crash or hardware crash.
since the ram past all memtest86, maybe the bsod cause by other things? hmm.gif
but i think you can send back to supplier first.

rite now i'm using my fren's ram (kingstone) to check whether the other hardware or software cause the BSOD..but till now no BSOD appear..however i'll let my pc to endurance run bout 2 or 3 days......thanks for the support.

Ya..ocz ram quite hav many problem,bt it really high performance..i hav ocz platinum 1333 running 1440 wit 7-7-7

Yup..ram volt must 1.5 to 1.58v.
