Details of the complaint :
Bought this item from Alienwarez. I checked with him about the conditions of the unit and he said is perfectly fine. Looking at the number of counts on the post and he has sell item before in Lowyat, hence i trust him and proceed with the purchase. I bought the item for RM100.

He is in Kelantan so not possible to COD. Hence i agreed to do a bank in to him. I transferred from Public bank to Bank Islam.
At first there was some delay from his side to ship the item over. Well never mind, he shipped the item anyway and i received it with gladness. I roughly open up the item to make sure that all the accessories are in tag as well as the item it self. By the way the item is a CPU Heatsink.

there were some bent and dent on the fin of the heat sink but i can live with that because it is used item and understandable. The important part of the heatsink is the surface contact with the CPU. When i received it, it was sitcked with a piece of sticker. so i didnt tear it off until 2 to 3 days later when i was about to assemble my PC. I notice a huge dent marking on the surface. Eveybody knows that this is bad for heat transfer for the CPU.

Hence i call seller up and told him about this thing. I told him that i have posted some picture and pleas check through in the forum. He checked and eventally replied saying that it should not be a problem. From this point he lied to me by saying the item is in perfect condition.

Then i decided to tell seller that i am not comfortable with it and i want a refund. Call him many times only answer. He start to pretend like he dont understand what i am talking about, like dont want to talk. Then i insist telling him that i want to return this item to you with refunds. He said "OK".
I told him to bank in the money to me first RM100 and once bank in inform me and i will ship back the item to him.

I sms and pm him my details and i asked for his address and such. From that day onwards no reply from him at all. I pm him and sms him many times yet no reply.

** I think he knew about the issue but he kept silence hoping that someone will get over it.

All i know he is a student in Kelanan, Location somewhere around Pasir Mas.

Mmm.... a bit of confusing stuff here..

NAme is almost the same, just that no Ilham word.
I notice IC also different.

But refer from the Kelantan Uitm link, the ic he gave to me is correct.
Its the same person.

I might able to find him cos i have tons of members in Kelantan, the question whether i want such stupid job.

If i do nasty i am sure he will bag for mercy... i have his friends and classmate contact as well... now it is up to me whether i want to go further to tarnish his name in his class...

I m using the item now. Affect a bit but not much. But then the whole idea is about the seller attitude. Just a simple test could determine how does this seller react and response

I highly agree with you if not people will just take this forum for granted and victims like us suffer. I think should set an example for all the con-man and irresponsible people not to play play in this forum.. we are sincere but serious with all this matter..... anybody agree?

you said ok to refund... now you dont want to refund. as you said "the item not bad i can say".. to me it has some defect on the contact surface... i know already it wont be a virgin... i didnt even complain about the fins which already bengkok and i didnt even take picture to about the fin. Dont push me to show further damage cos i have been very patient with you.., but contact of the heat transfer is important.

Anyway you can keep the RM100. I learn my lesson from buying from you....

COD where? Kelantan? what item he sold you? he plays OC.... OC until the heatpipe of the cooler also dent... lol

Bear in mind that we as forumer are not cari pasal people. we are decent and very sincere in sharing and selling/buying stuff here..

We can only report to the authority to let them take action but we our self cannot do any physical assault to the defender. If not the offender will be liable for anything happenned to the defender and offender are not authorize to take any physical assault action.

All conman/penipu/dishonest/ should be recorded down especially their true identity to prevent from other forumer to experience the same issue.
Name/Bank account/ IC all this can never be change...

Record all pm and conversation, prefer to be all in written.... this will be your evidence....
