since this company have no business activities yet , i doubt anyone will pay more than the value of the asset of your company which is cash only, am i right?
why don u ask a lawyer to apply for a winding up order from the court and divide the proceeds among the shareholders?

frankly, no one in his right mind will buy your shell company when you can have a new one easily.
also, are you sure your Paid Up Capital is RM500,000 or do you mean Authorised Paid Up Capital?
btw, to dissolve/wind up company also cost money...

Just put at your company secretary/accountant office for sale. People whoever saw your company name (which they found the name suits them), they will buy over your company. If you choose to wind up the company, you need to pay processing fees which cost you around 2k++, and by selling the company (just transfer the company under the buyers name) will only cost you not more than 1k, and sometimes buyers gladly pay the money as it is cheaper than register a new company. RM 500k authorized paid up capital is nothing. Don't think because your company authorized paid up capital is RM 500k, then you can sell more higher. Note: My company (which I took over in Year 2003) does not cost more than RM 500. The seller just transfer the company name under my name, and I pay the processing fees. He save money, I save money. Win-Win situation. And the company incorporates in Year 1996:sweat: This post has been edited by edyek: Jul 21 2010, 09:43 AM
