What does it mean? my n900 not even connect to pc? how does this happen?

i wanna install GPS software to mass storage but now i can't even able to access to MASS STORAGE.

new nitdroid(v0.0.7) arrived. you can install automatically from repo. no more flashing, manual format microSD.

goto app manager -> application catalogs -> new
Catalog name : NITDroid
web address : http://repo.nitdroid.com
distribution : nitdroid/

and save.
Next, open xterm
>>sudo gainroot @ root
>>apt-get install nitdroid-installer
answer any questions prompted.run next command after finish installation.

I mean, if initially it was a Symbian device, but later they decide to put MeeGo in instead. Does it mean this is just like another "testing" device that they're tossing around. If yes, be prepared for poor support on this device again.

I'd prefer they come up with something really good. By year end or early next year, many devices is going to be more powerful and better spec. I wonder will N9 be able to live up to it?

Imagine the first MeeGo device is a failure? That's really a bad start.
Strongly hope they come up with a good device.

By the way, anyone saw C7? Looks good, classy, and almost similar spec with N8, but a whole LOT cheaper.

Future of N900 & N9 is interrelated.
It's not derailed from N900.

I got it working now

I can use potrait in most application now LOLx

but only potrait at 1 apps at the time >.<
Example,

1. Open PDF reader
2. Slide open keyboard
3. Press Ctrl + Shift + R . Which is Top Left + Bottom Left + R key
4. Close ur keyboard and rotate ur phone to potrait now.
5. ????
6. Profit!!

Phone design doesn't really matter to me

The main criteria for me to buy a phone is the OS

However, as long as the phone doesn't look too ugly, eg imagine a STAR PHONE or TRIANGULAR shape, definitely a BIG NO lol

will i get warned by mod if i post "how to change n900 FM-Transmitter frequency 76.0Mhz->107.9Mhz " ? since  It might be illegal to use the FM frequencies any lower than a country allowed.
Modified (unlocked) FM-Transmitter frequency 76.0Mhz - 107.9 Mhz tested it personally and it works,This means that you can go below the N900′s default 88 Mhz and easily find a clear station as there are no FM stations broadcasting at under 88 Mhz due to government regulations and other reasons. All you need is a FM tuner that supports these frequencies

For me i dont think the mod lower frequency is useful because car radio only until 88.MhZ to 107.9
