Hello there..

I'm new in this recording area..and i'm just starting to venture into recording, but i have zero knowledge about it..pardon my ignorance..

if i were to start off with basic recording set, what do i need?

at the moment, i have an iMac, electric-acoustic guitar, and an amp..what else do i need to start recording?as i have read about recording, i think i may need to have audio interface and a mic..is that all?

if so, which one would you recommend for me for a budget between RM1000-RM1300?
