From the cases above i would sum up that when u pay cheap u get cheap workmanship from any contractor. So any renovation works should be reasonably priced. If you wanna renovate your house please get at least 5 quotation from the contractor and study them carefully. The more detail the quotation is the more you know about that contractor.
