according to my friends who diet successfully, dont take in rice(carbohydrate), it is the fastest way without getting into exercise...maybe u can try...

no la...just that facial treatment, vege and fruits can make u look younger...

this is my fren's recipe: no rice, no bread, more vege, fruits, meat only take chicken breast...

oh, my fren didnt exercise during that period...

i thinking of joining animation or business management...still thinking...but priority is animation, and definitely not in this country if i going to work in animation line
