not very long unless the lines is bad or when it's downloading  updates, but the first time u play it might take a while since it'll be downloading all the updates

u can do that by accessing ur modem/router page, usually 192.168.1.1, depending on the brand of modem/router u using u can see wat ip u are connected to, usually i just disconnect and reconnect till i get the ip i want

No matter what version you can change the territory. Just log in as normal and when you are in your character selection screen, there's the option 'Edit Account' at the bottom left of the screen. Click that and check on 'Change Territory'. You can do this only 5 times if I'm not mistaken. So, if I were you I'd find out how many times more he has to change territory before buying it off him.

you can try a crit barrager A/R build. IMO its easier to play PVE using assasin from range.

(forgot the name of the skill but i know that an enchantment that states when  critical strike is triggered, you heal yourself for the amount of damage you deal, it is from the critical strike categories..paise..keke..), flashing blades (elite), golden lotus strike, critical strike, twisted fang (sometimes change to death blossom), shroud of distress (i am not sure of this but i remember the skill triggers +5 regens), return, res sig..

i am sorry coz i did not play GW:F for some time d..hehe..so did not get in touch with my a/r for sometime..manage to finish the game with this skillbar..quite nice, allows me to tank for sometime...

for tyrian character u can get to shing jea monastery by going to kaineng docks and talking to First Mate Xiang, u will reach Seitung Harbour, from there just run to Shing Jea Monastery
