GC=Grounding cable exist in every car from the factory, i mean the concept is there but they're not doing it well due to cost, thus what they use is small cable that's just sufficient to operate the car (But not to push the car to higher performance). After long time those cables decayed, rusted, or oxidized and they works even worse and your car performance down. So by adding 100% PURE copper grounding cable, it will bring your car up exceeding the stock spec and you will feel everything works better, light, engine noise, engine start up, etc..

VS=Voltage Stabilizer however is not normally exist in stock vehicle, adding VS to a car will bring to even further beyond stock spec. All those result as listed on my VS thread.

Well anyway the best bet if to add both VS+GC to get full potential of both.
