anyway,i was thinking to go for another cycle of cuts when i return to study.how does the flex and pak works?

I too face the same problem of having stubborn fats around the lower abs.But I guess I shouldn't call it stubborn since I don't keep a complete clean diet and also cardio everyday.

will go read up more on pak and flex.but animal products are quite pricey in the uk -.-
