I like the composition actually.. The flag says 2020... Starbucks says expensive coffee.. Wealth..Moving on.... Then theres the vertical line border between the two and the women represents those left behind. Thats what it says to me la.

Anyway.. As long as dont just shoot homies, tourists, people's back and childrens can di.

It's equivalent to 48mm.. the Canon 28mm ( 44mm eq) is less sharp and 2/3 of a stop slower and for about the same price (in my region at least).

ps: i think you're confused about crop factor.. all dslr lens are specified in 35mm equavalent. Read up more here for instance http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/crop-factor.htm

Aiks.. you should consider getting a pocket camera di.

My trip couple weeks back was also damn rush... 4 cities in 4 days + meetings in between so in these cases, a compact works really well.

Anyway, heading to Shanghai tomorrow for 36hours.. hopefully can do some shooting between the downtime.
