I just want to know when the developer put a signboard there and only put down phone number abnd said open for registration, what does it mean? no construction staring yet, and the land is still raw...what is that mean? register for?

im not sure since i have not bought any property before, but aint that for early bird registration for the building that's going to be built?

I have no idea. If there is development there is usually a sign that says, "Tapak Pembinaan ..." . Did your see such sign? Why dont you call up and ask.

yeah,i would like too...but i not really sure what to ask...sound stupid though, if i call and ask err..what is that all bou...etc...haha.but anywhere, the project is belong to UOA...thought of get 1 for aprreciation..

Ya, that is exactly what you do. Tell them you did not see their "Tapak Pembinaan" sign and like to know what type of development are they asking peopleto register for. Now they will look stupid.
