Guide From RightFist,thanks bro~~
MS Online Guide [READ ONLY] version 6-3-2010
This is the guide topic that I’ll post all the guides on every aspect of MS game. I’ll post the information in the[order]below. For newcomers who play for the 1st time, welcome to MS online. For PRos, you can read for more secrets you haven’t know.
STR class weapons and skills - melee attackers' guide
Getting started
Before you can learn the skills at lv 5, you are limited to the basic attacks. We call it Normal Combo. Each weapon has its own unique attack and combo. The Normal Combo consist of 3 attack type in a chain of attacks, single attack, AOE attack and power attack. To see all the attack move in normal combo, just keep pressing 'A' or 'CTRL'. You may find that some normal combo moves are very interesting to watch especially Fist's.
Tips on skill training difficulty
Each combat skill have varying difficulties to end. The color of the skills (red, blue, yellow, orang and green) does not indicate which skill is easier. For more info, see this topic in the guide here :
http://www.on9g.com/en/viewthread.php?tid=...page=3#pid28402
STR class weapon guide
Note : Each skill has an unknown Damage Multiplier, the damage % maybe low but the damage is high because of the damage multiplier. If you see a skill with 75% damage but I wrote high damage is because the Damage Multiplier of that skill is high (eg. 75% of 500 is higher than 75% of 200 right?).
TITAN version changes : So far no changes is noticed.
SPEAR SKILLS
For those who are new to MS, this is the best starting class for all STR weapon players. Best for newbies who play for the 1st time. Farms SP the fastest cuz it is the only class that can one hit kill a lot of mobs early. Full STR build is recommended.
Wu Long
Damage is the 2nd strongest in all weapon damage, good for attacking groups of mobs and players in PK in a 360 degree area (hit everything all around you). Can hit unlimited number of mobs in attack range (note : one person can lure 7-8 mobs only).
Damage : 120% in spear skill damage (**note : this value is for multiplying the attack value in your status window. eg. 1200 ATK X damage multiplier (unknown so dun ask me) X 120% = total damage to enemy)
PROS : Large AOE. It has an immunity to the miss effect of darters and Hon Zi's dodge effect. When use against a darter or player with Hon Zi, dun worry if the 1st 4 hits miss, cuz after that all you attacks is 100% hit them. Because the 4 hits has made the miss effect appeared 4 times in a row, it take a longer time to reset the miss effect time counter (not visible but it exist there). The best AOE one hit kill skill in the game with a good spear. If compare with Shan Fong katana skill with same damage, Wu Long can one hit kill while shan Fong cannot even with criticals against high lv mobs (mainly lv45 and above mobs).
CONS : Slow cast and slow recovery, easy to get into trouble of luring too many mobs to attack
PK tips : Can combo with Fon Lei, Hen Sou(optional) and Fo chi. MUST NOT use it alone due to slow recovery time which is a BIG problem if miss (miss effect or miss the 1st hit) where you enemies can counter you BADLY.
Fon Chi
A very fast forward thrust skill. Armor (AP) breaker.
Damage : 75% in spear skill damage
PROS : Speed is its advantage, fast and deadly. Can confuse mobs and opponents with its pass through/teleport attack. Good in breaking the AP (armor) bar.
CONS : Moderate damage, attack distance is moderate. Can confuse opponent and confuse yourself also.
PK tips : Can combo with Fon lei, follow up with Wu Long. Can be use alone to win PK
Chun Yun
A multi stab skill that can deplete AP fast (2nd fastest in the game) and can ignore armor and DEF (armor piercing attribute).
Damage : 115% damage
PROS : Can 1 hit Kill mobs without drawing other nearby mobs to attack you.
CONS : Better than Fon Chi's damage but recovery time is slower, slow attack speed.
PK tips : useless in PK, not recommended to use at all -OR- use as last hit.
Hen Sou
Same as Wu long but 3 hits and same AOE range. Can cast faster and recover faster. Damage is sacrificed for speed which makes this skill weaker than Wu Long. Optional to learn.
Damage : 85% in spear skill damage
PROS : Same as Wu Long mostly but lower MP uasage, faster execution and faster recovery time.
CONS : Moderate damage
PK Tips : Same as Wu Long but careful cuz damage is weaker.
Du Se
Supposedly spear's strongest attack. A normal spear thrust skill. Ignores DEF and AP although it is weak in breaking AP.
Damage : 95% in spear skill damage (it can ignore DEF and AP to add more damage by another 10~15%)
PROS : High damage (cuz armor piercing attribute), can one hit kill certain mobs.
CONS : SLOW
PK tips : useless in PK, not recommended to use at all.
Overall rating :
A very useful class but hard to be PK king, hard to master. Best for those who are new in the game who like to play STR type.
SWORD SKILL
The most basic class in MS but many have underestimated its potential. Speed is it main advantage. If master well can be near invincible in the battlefield.
Lan Zi
This skill lets you spin around thrust forward with a slash attack (very dashing animtion), damage is very high. Can knock formation caster away from the castng circle to cancel his formation casting.
Damage : 100% in sword skill
PROS : High damage and fast, can kill mobs with less HP damage. Can use for canceling formation attacks. An anti formation skill by knocking the formation caster out and cancel the formation casting, this feature not yet released. Currently can use for dodging formation attack. Nice and cool animation.
CONS : Short attack range
PK tips : useless in 1 on 1 cuz slow but can knock formation caster out from casting formation in group PK.
Fu Gu
The most powerful sword skill, feel the pain like maggots eating through you flesh and bones. Recommend to learn for lvling at lv30++. 100% ignores DEF and AP.
Damage : 120% in sword skill
PROS : VERY HIGH damage, good for 1 hit kill a lot of mobs at higher levels. Real Jin Jong is useless against it.
CONS : Slow and short range.
PK tips : As the deciding last hit cuz real Jin Jong cannot defend against it.
Chan Song
The only AOE skill of sword. Can only hit enemies in front of a 80 degree arch area ( enemies in back cannot hit cuz out of range)
Damage : 92% in sword skill
PROS : Good damage, nice AOE range, fast and powerful
CONS : Not good at depleting AP
PK tips : useless when enemies still have armor (AP) in group PK. Can be use as a beautiful finishing attack.
San Yen
The fastest forward piercing thrust attack skill in Mo Siang.
Damage : 88% in sword skill
PROS : like Fon Chi of spear, fast and immune to Shu Yan's freeze. Good for combo.
CONS : like Fon Chi, confuse youself while confues you opponents. Recovery time is slower than Fon Chi (1 second slower) which makes it hard to follow up a 2nd San Yen strike.
PK tips : Use it as a combo of sorts with Fon Lei or Yea Mie. Sure lose if use alone.
Yea Mie
The fastest skill in MS, shoots an energy arch to attack enemies in a draw and slash motion.
Damage : 103% in sword skill
PROS : VERY FAST, can go gatling (a.k.a. like a machine gun), fast recovery and good for depleting AP fast. Fast casting makes it able to critical more often than other sword skills.
CONS : Lacks damage when enemies still got AP
PK tips : Combo with Shu Yan, Fon Lei and San Yen. Take note on the attack range to prevent being hit by katana's Don Fong.
Overall rating : One of the most overlooked class in MS, it has the potential to be strong in PK. Fast and powerful attacks but hard to train.
KATANA SKILLS
The most famous class in MS, known for it high damage and almost undefeatable in PK. Powerful but most attacks are slow. Can deplete AP very easily in one or two attacks.
Don Fong
A stronger version of sword's Yea Mie, shoots out a large arch of energy wave with devasting damage. The only range attack for katana. Fast and many critical.
Damage : 108% in katana skill
PROS : Have very high critical rate and beastly damage. Fastest katana skill.
CONS : Slow and high MP usage
PK tips : can be use alone for easy win, need to take note of the attack distance or you'll waste MP. Best combo with Fon Lei or Nu Pi for a stun and destroy deathtrap.
Nu Pi (Stun rate increase according to skill LV)
A simple, powerful and cool attack skill, can stun you opponents with high damage.
Damage : 112% in katana skill
PROS : Can stun opponents but not as good as Fon Lei and fist. Can stun 5 seconds max. Very high damage cuz can deplete AP completely in 1 or 2 hits. Good recovery time.
CONS : Close ranged, cannot hit far. Stun rate not consistent as fist's.
PK tips : Can be use as the 1st hit in PK to stun opponents, follow up with don fong or shan fong. Combo with Fon Lei for a better stun if it does not stun.
Shan Fong
A powerful AOE attack with lot of criticals. Spin and slice everything in its path. Can only hit enemies in front and side only cuz cannot hit enemies that are in the 45 degree area behind you.
Damage : 105% in katana skill
PROS : Hit multiple enemies with a lot of criticals, always. And the easiest to train to real.
CONS : Small AOE, need to get very close to a group of mobs to sweep them all to dead.
PK tips : not very useful, can combo with Nu Pi only if Nu Pi have stun the opponent.
Wu Chu
A very normal overhead slash, looks like a samurai beheading someone. Dun be fooled, it has the highest chances of landing critical hits in all katana skills.
Damage : 100% in katana skill
PROS : At high skill levels, the critical hits can be seen almost in every hit.
CONS : Cuz the skills let enemies to hit you you while you cast, low DEF will be a problem.
PK tips : Combo with any stun skills to get that favourite CRITICAL word to appear.
Wan Fo
Katana's most fearsome attack, looks like a charging Nu Pi and uses the least MP for some major damage.
Damage : 120% in katana skill
PROS : 2nd easiest to critical in all katana skills at high level. High damage.
CONS : Slow casting time, cannot be used alone.
PK tips : Because it has a slow casting time, best use with stun attacks like Fon Lei and Nu Pi. Looks cool as the ending attack.
Overall rating : The fastest class to end their skill but also the most heavy MP user. Nominated as the "Critical king" because critical is the norm for katana. Need time to fully master to become a super tanker. Not very useful in war alone, need teamwork.
FIST SKILLS
Among the very best class in MS, the skills are very useful and was rated to be among the the most craziest skill to be included in the game. It is also a multi "anti" class cuz it is Katana, Spear and Sword players worst nightmare. Weak against bow and dart. Famous for it STUN.
*NOTE : This is the ONLY class that can be trained and can use its skill without wearing the Fist weapon (the metal gloves). You can use the fist skills bare handed (a.k.a no weapon equiped). The drawback (bad new) ? Lesser damage but same stun rate on stun skills.
Ru Feng (also called Zu Fon due to translation error in the game and player preference)
The skill that drives everyone to the very brink of frustration, it really drives them all hopping mad. A great pushback skill and 3rd fastest skill in MS.
Damage : 85% in fist skill
PROS : Great pushback effect, can keep katana, sword and spear users out of their attack range with the right timing. Literally "Push them back towards their doom". Melee attackers' worst nightmare. Good for anti PvP cuz they cannot get near you and by the time the get near their AP is finished to received your Deathblows. The best thing is it is FAST to cast.
CONS : Lacks damage, moderate damage only
PK tips : Mastering the attack range is the main key to win with Ru Feng. Take Shu Yan's max range as your target range and keep you opponent at that range and fire away till they are dead.
Ye Chou (Stun rate increase according to skill LV)
The AOE stun skill, one of fist's best skills to frustrate you opponents, good stun and powerful. Hit everything all aroung you.
Damage : 95% in fist skill
PROS : Great for stunning groups of mobs or people, fast, powerful and good stun. ~60% stun rate at real, 4~5.5 secs.
CONS : Short ranged, need to be VERY near to hit.
PK tips : Great for group PK cuz can stun more than one people, the stun rate is SAME as Chon Shaw but will differ according to the lv difference.
Fen Chin
Another AOE skill like Ye Chou but it is a kicking skill!! Great critical rate.
Damage : 120% in fist skill
PROS : Although it does not stun, its damage is awesome when you depleted the AP of the opponent and have high chance of criticals. Good against range mobs cuz they won't be pushed back. Strong in melee combat.
CONS : Short ranged, need to be VERY close to hit. Pushback effect is the weakest.
PK tips : Good on 1 one 1 PK when running low on MP and want higher chance of critical.
Chon Shaw (Stun rate increase according to skill LV)
The main punch skill that made fist the "King of Stun".
Damage : 100% in fist skill
PROS : Good stun especially when real liao. ~61% stun rate at real, 5 secs.
CONS : Need to get close to hit.
PK tips : Let it be your 1st or second attack by comboing with Ye Chou for a good chance to stun. After that, 100% victory is assured.
Chui Sin
The power skill of fist, give the highest damage. Great for emptying the AP of opponents and packs a wallop. Ignores AP to deal near maximum damage (90%~95%) to enemies.
Damage : 115% in fist skill
PROS : The best AP emptying skill of fist with really deadly damage, have high critical rate which suit its chinese name "Destroy the heart, tear the lungs"
CONS : Close range only, have long recovery if miss. High chance of miss if combo with a 2nd Chui Sin.
PK tips : Good for fast and high damage, must look out for the attack range or you'll have all punches "hit air".
Overall rating : Although it is not good at range, its melee attacks are all VERY dangerous especially with the stun effects. Among the good class to be PK king.

AGI class weapons guide
BOW SKILLS
Another good starting class for newbies, like all bow characters in online games, it is the class with the longest attack range and has the largest AOE.
TITAN version changes :
Bow skills in TITAN now has a different damage. The further the target is from you, the higher the damage with the exception of Wan Jian and Liu Sin. Bai Bu skill's miss rate has increased but still very low.
Han Bin
Stretch the bow to the limit and let lose a fast arrow dealing good damage.
Damage : 116% in bow skill
PROS : Has the longest range in all MS skills. Good for sniping during Siege war.
CONS : Like all charging skill, it takes a long time to attack.
PK tips : useless
Liu Sin
Shoot an arrow that pierce through groups of opponents in a fan shaped area. Fast and powerful.
Damage : 108% in bow skill
PROS : Fast and bow's main attack to deplete opponents' AP. Can hit multiple enemies in front of character.
CONS : Draw attention of passive mobs easily.
PK tips : Should be used as the 1st attack to deplete opponent's AP and combo with Fon Lei. This is one good way to stun your opponents and also for anti PVP.
Wan Jian
Shoots multiple arrows like dart's Shin Jin, very powerful damage but low critical rate.
Damage : 120% in bow skill
PROS : Can go gatling right after the skill ends and high damage, bow's power skill.
CONS : It is a multiple hitting skill, slow in recovery and low critical.
PK tips : use as the last hit, otherwise combo with fon lei to stun then attack with it.
Bai Bu
The bow skill that has "miss", powerful cuz it has armor piercing ability (can ignore AP and DEF) to damage HP even with full AP. Very fast.
Damage : 110% in bow skill
PROS : Fast and got miss (VERY low chance), high damage and criticals, can hurt a lot of HP even without depleting opponent's AP.
CONS : Highest MP usage in all bow skill.
PK tips : a must train for PK, can win alone cuz fast and powerful. Combo other bow skills for a beautiful and deadly damage combo show.
Po Tien
The best AOE skill in MS, can hit a lot of mobs at any place, let bowers become super SP and gold farmers and for fast lvling.
Damage : 75% (far) and 104% (near) in bow skill
PROS : large AOE, great for fast lvling and god in farming SP and gold at early game (below lv 55).
CONS : hitting a lot of mobs in large area may spell trouble cuz you'll lure too many mobs to attack you. Slow recovery. Weak attack if hit mobs at long distance. At late game will be a suicide skill by luring high level mobs to make minched meat out of you.
PK tips : not recommend to use
Overall Rating : A good class for farming SP and gold which I recommend newbies taking up this job if play 1st time. Good for building a combiner and PUer. VERY useful in wars.
DART SKILLS
The assassin skill, unlike other classes, it has added poison damage. Fast, sneaky and deadly. Also the only class best known of its "miss" effect skill.
TITAN version changes : Attacks and skill attacks are much faster now. Higher miss rate for the Yin Ann skill, better damage for Man Tien and Shin Jin, and longer attack distance.
Man Tien (max poison damage = 85, last 11 hits)
Dart's power skill, good for making one hit kills in lvling. The most damaging dart skill.
Damage : 100% in dart skill
PROS : High damage and high poison
CONS : Very slow in attack
PK tips : As an ending attack or don't use at all
Shin Jin (max poison damage = 68, last 10 hits)
A fast multi hit skill like Wan Jian (shoot 4 darts in quick succession), high damage but low critical.
Damage : 120% in dart skill
PROS : high damage and depletes AP very fast.
CONS : Slightly slow than other dart skills but faster than Man Tien. Low critical rate.
PK tips : Can be use to deplete AP in the 1st hit or as the ending attack. Best combo with Fon Lei stun and Yin ann's miss.
Yin Ann (max poison damage = 52, last 10 hits)
The famous skill, great miss effect to avoid damage and make opponents waste their MP, A MUST TRAIN SKILL.
Damage : 105% in dart skill
PROS : Avoids attacks with misses (up to 70% miss rate when real) and backjump\backslide, fast and great AP breaker.
CONS : Sometime may back jump into a group of mobs so beware of your surroundings. Don't end up in a "Out of the frying pan and into the fire" scenario. Low poison damage and normal skill damage.
PK tips : With miss and fast attacks, it is useful as the 1st hit and for avoiding almost all kinds of attacks (inclusive of Qi Gongs). Can be countered with spear's Wu Long and Fon chi, Sword's San Yen and bow attacks. Can anti katana, fist and mages.
Chi Yue (max poison damage = 85, last 11 hits)
The most notable skill of dart, creates a lot of fire pillars everywhere when cast and deadly poison damage for those who get hit. Up FIRE passive and using Zi Sha won't up damage cuz it is not FIRE Qi Gong attack although it uses fire.
Damage : 75% (far) and 102% (near) in dart skill
PROS : Like Po Tien but shorter AOE range, high poison damage, fast to cast and recover for "hit and run". Works great with Hom Lian (Fire Qi Gong) for a Dart-mage build..
CONS : Not very good at depleting AP, longer distance will have weaker damage.
PK tips : Best combo with Yin ann at close range, great to combo with Tien Lo. Best with Fon Lei stun and Shu Yan's freeze.
Tien Lo (max poison damage = 52, last 10 hits)
Another fire pillar AOE skill like Qi Gong's Hom Lian but you jump and throw a bomb to hit enemies in front. Can hit multiple foes. Up FIRE passive and using Zi Sha won't up damage cuz it is not FIRE Qi Gong attack although it uses fire.
Damage : 105% in dart skill
PROS : It packs more power than Chi Yue but the poison is less than Chi Yue's. Can gatling cuz the animation ends at the time to be able to cast a 2nd Tien Lo. Can have good control on which mobs you want to lure and great for boss killing. Good range and hurts opponent's HP a lot.
CONS : Not good for "hit and run" attacks
PK tips : best use after opponent's AP is completely empty from other skills, combo with Yin Ann's miss and stack poison with Chi Yue and see your foes scream in pain. Cannot hit you and still get damage badly as time goes by.Who says poison is useless in PK and war? I'll prove it wrong.
Overall Rating : A very special class out of all the classes, great for killing bosses, group fights and lvling. Nice miss effect but all skills are hard to train till end/lv12. Recommend very patient players to play cuz of this. Although the weapon damage is the weakest, the poison damage makes up for the lost. Can anti all classes except bow and PRO spear (note only master spearers can anti darters)
SPECIAL NOTES
1.The miss rate for bow and dart is as follows :
Yin Ann - ~76% at real (when PK with same level opponents)
Bai Bu - ~38% at real, mostly seen in PK (when PK with same level opponents)
2.The poison damage of dart can stack. eg. Tien Lo's poison can stack with Chi Yue's poison to have the damage pop out in 85,52 per seconds. Meaning each1 seconds suffer total poison damage is 137.
3.Maximum poison effect can be stacked is 6 (5 from skills, 1 from normal attack combo). Hard but useful. The effect is increased according to how many darters hitting, eg. 2 darters = double poison effect, 3 darters = triple (3 X) the effect and so on. Therefore if darters band together the poison is very very painful.
4.Poison damage can be increase with passive talismans and masks like passive skill talisman and Cursed Skeleton masks. Cuz poison is treated like Qi Gong. Reducing enemies' Qi gong DEF = reduce poison DEF for poison to damage more.

Qi Gongs - The magic in MS
QI GONGS
Qi Gong are like magic attacks in MS, each has unique effects. If planning to play as a Qi Gong master (we call Mage), you must learn about each Qi Gongs attributes and effects and choose your favourite.
QI GONG ATTACK BUFF SKILL (A.K.A. DAMAGE POWER UP SKILLS)
These are the Qi gongs that adds more damage to the element of each Qi Gong attacks :
Zi Sha - Fire
Ham Bim - Water (also called Ice)
Yi Hua - Wood
Chan Yuen - Earth
Pi Li - Gold (also called Lightning)
Tips : while the buff skill is still active (still got the Qi Gong rings on your hand), normal basic attacks (the press 'A' attacks) can inflict more damage. eg. A darter throws a dart using a basic attack (no combat skills like Yin An is used) by pressing 'A'. With Zi sha off, damage is 59 per hit. With Zi Sha (lv 10), he does the same attack and this time the damage becomes 247. Can be useful in PK sometimes, try it if you dun believe.

Special Qi Gongs (combined Qi Gongs)
There is 2 special Qi gongs that are not available in game but can get from Item Mall which are very useful.
Po Huan - Reduce DEF of enemy by %, let's you kill mobs more easily for lvling. One cast to bring a tanker's defense down for more damage inflicted.
Ze Sin - Reduce attack of enemy by %, make enemies' attack weaker so he cannot kill you easily. One cast can make katana's criticals look like ant bites.
Note : because both skill decrease by percentage, higher lv of the skill decrease more. Max can reduce up to 56% of DEF and Damage.

The Quest of Zi Mo and Hua Jin (Level 40 Quest)
ZI MO AND HUA JIN QUEST
Zi Mo and Hua Jin is another stage where your character can become more powerful and learn new special skills. Here's how to become one.
TITAN version changes : The NPC for the quest are now located at different places and the quest is now much more difficult to finish.
First of all, you must complete Elder Tien Ki quest 1st (this quest is like a "Prologue to become Zi Mo and Hua Jin", if you skip this quest you cannot start the lv 40 quest) and reach lv 40. Find Elder Tien Ki again at Lo Yang to start the questmission.
Search for the 5 Secret Jades (FIRE, WATER, GOLD, WOOD and EARTH) at these locations :
1.Mt Min Sa - Water jade
2.Dragon cave Entrance - Fire Jade
3.Cheng Chow - Wood Jade
4.Hwang River Bay - Earth Jade
5.North of Mt Tai or Mo Go cave Entrance - Gold jade
(NOTE : since the quest is available at vl 40 and above, some people may do it when they reach lv 5x or higher. Therefore, there are two places to get Gold jade actually, new lv 40 should go Mo Go cave entrance cuz you cannot kill North of Mt Tai mobs (lv 6x) that easily alone or without help.)
Just kill any mob on the particular maps to get the Jades, it drops randomly so it maybe easy or hard-as-hell to get them.
Go back to elder Tien Ki and now choose you path to become Huan Jin or Zi Mo.
Depend on the path you choose :
Zi Mo ->Top of Mt Tai, find Au Yang Feng.
Hua Jin ->Shaolin Temple, find Hong Qi Gong
IMPORTANT!! Before speaking to them, make sure you brought enough heal pots cuz the mobs for the test is VERY HARD to defeat, especially Hua Jin's.
Zi Mo and Hua Jin boss fight walkthrough
ZI MO
You'll fight a giant green scorpion in the 1st round, careful not to get killed cuz this mob can poison you. Then the Zi Mo boss will appear. It is a super tough boss you'll ever face, you'll be eating Heal potions a lot so if ran out of heal potions you better pray for luck. If get killed, no minus EXP and you'll be back to the save point. Refill your potions and try again.
Hua Jin
You'll fight a giant red scorpion in the 1st round (*no poison attacks). Then the Hua Jin boss appear. Like many who faced it, it is your ultimate challenge cuz this boss can STUN you like crazy. Same like Zi Mo, if die no minus EXP.
After defeating the quest boss --> Congratultions!! You are now a member of Hua Jin or Zi Mo.
Note 1 : after the 1st round you can meditate before start the boss fight. BUT only if you are far away enough from the boss cuz the boss will attack you if he sees you.
Note 2 : in both boss fights, it is suicide to use Tu na when fighting them, your main objective is to deal damage no.1 and healing no.2. Use healing items instead.
Note 3 : use Jin Jong ONLY when it wears off, you'll have little time to recast while fighting.
Note 4 : Can use Po Huan skill on the boss to deal high damage, MUST NOT FORGET!!
Tips on fighting Hua Jin Boss
The boss will have one attack that stuns, the kicking attack won't stun but the the one that looks like throwing a dart is.
Start Po Huan after the boss have kicked 2 times cuz it is immune to Po Huan before the 2 kicks. Before Po Huan you'll damage the boss around 1.4K, with Po Huan can reach 10K damage!!! Patience is the key to win this boss.
Extra tips :
Range attacks will make the Hua Jin boss to use the stun skill more often. Melee attack or close range ranged attacks is recommended cuz she can kick you more than using her "stun darts".

The answer is NO. the only difference is the boss difficulty and skill names. The skill names are different but effects are totally THE SAME.
Another special thing about Zi Mo and Hua Jin is that some armors (above lv 40 ones) will have different colours. Zi Mo have red and purple colours while Hua Jin tends to be light blue or light green.

The mage qi gong master build - The basics
The mage / qi gong master class
We have 6 different weapons and weapons skills to choose from and yetthere is one class that is different, the mage. A mage in MS is alsocalled a Qi Gong master where you specialize in Qi Gong attacks.
Types of mages
There are 3 types of mages which are categorized as below :
1.Fire mage - specialize in FIRE Qi Gong, burns enemies with fire andmake hell lotsa explosions. Has the highest damage most of the time.
2.Water/Ice mage - specialze in WATER Qi Gong, freezes and slow enemiesmovements with a range of a darter/archer. Moderate damage and moderaterate to critical.
3.Gold mage (*not gold color mind you) - specialize in GOLD Qi Gong, stun enemies with the power of lightning. Damage AP heavily, highdamage and high chance to critical than FIRE Qi Gong.
NOTE : Refer to Qi Gong section about the Qi Gong types
Stat distribution
Mage's damage depends on the the INT stats like weapon users who needSTR or AGI for the weapon the use. Like STR, each 4 INT adds 1 *Qi GongCritical point. Here is the common stats distribution list withcomments :
Full INT** - same like full STR and full AGI but not a recommended build cuz not good enough to tank and lvling
3 CON, 3 INT - balance in defense and attack, a recommended build that is very balanced.
2 CON, 4 INT - Highly recommended build if you think you are good enough.
NOTES :
*Qi Gong Critical points - same like STR critical points you see incharacter status window. At the "Critical" stat you see a number like3/3 at lv 1. The left side is the critical for the STR stats (forkatana, spear, sword and fist) and the right one is for Qi Gong'scritical
**Full INT - meaning all 6 points add to INT, not recommended cuz amage needs to tank mobs and they usually need 2 or more hits to killone mob.
Pros and Cons
Good things about playing mage :
1.Economical - most mage equipments are the cheapest in the market, mage do nots use weapons as Qi Gong is their main attacks.
2.Powerful - can have high HP and MP than other classes and very powerful in PK, almost overwhelming all other classes.
The bad things :
1.Hard to train - every qi gong is hard to train till lv 12, especially the Qi Gong buff skills (Zi Sha, Han Bin and Pi Li).
2.Hard to farm SP - in the begining, a mage farms SP the slowest and the most time consuming.
3.Only one Qi Gong is AOE (hit many mobs) - only have Hon Lian as the only AOE Qi Gong skill.
Recommendations
For FIRE mage - train Fon Lei till real for stun for advantage in PKand lvling, Shu Yan just train till lv 8 is enough. Master all FIRE QiGongs.
For WATER mage - train Fon Lei till real for the stun and Hon Lian for lvling use. Master all WATER Qi Gong
For GOLD mage - Train Shu Yan till lv 8 is enough and need Hon Lian forlvling (optional if can kill quick with Fon Lei and Tien Lei)
Tu Na and Jin Jong - a must for defense eventhough you have high HP and DEF.
If playing a full fledge mage Qi Gong master (learn all Qi Gongs), then all the above applies.
Weapons and skills (optional to learn)
Dart - yin an and Chi Yue, for miss and wide AOE attack for luring mobs and poison damage.
Bow - Po Tien, for luring mobs
Fist - Ru Feng to push mobs away, *Yea Chou for stun.
*NOTE : Yea Chou stun rate for mage is slightly lower compare to thosewho add STR or full STR but still can stun as good, use as a backup forFon Lei.
Qi Gong attributes
Each Qi Gong types has different attributes on their damge to enemies,GOLD Qi Gong tends to harm AP more than HP, FIRE harms HP more than APand WATER tends to have better criticals and range.
REAL skill differences
Unlike weapon skills that add 20% damage when real, Qi Gong has adifferent effect when real. FIRE burns 20% more damage and explosionrange, WATER freezes and slows longer, and range is extended, GOLDstuns more easily and has higher critical percentage almost likekatana's.
Advanced mage build - Dart mage
Mage can use any weapons and learn each weapons' skills. However, thereis one build that surpass most mixes. The dart mage build.
A dart mage is a mage who also learned some useful dart skills to addadvantages in both lvling and PK. They just need to learn 2 dart skills, Chi Yue and Yin ann. Dart skills adds poison effect to their deadly arsenal of qi gong attacks.
Real skills - ultimate form of your skills
REAL SKILLS
Real Skills are the highest and strongest lv of all the Weapon skills and Qi Gongs. When reached lv 12 after training at the trainmaster in any towns, you'll be able to train it to REAL.
TITAN version changes : Rate of obtaining real skill status is much higher now than previous version. Easy or depends on the player.
What's the difference and why should I care?

2.The damage of your lv 12 skill will have it's damage and effect increase by 20%.
eg, fist's stun will stun more, poison from dart will hurt 20% more, and skill casting speed also faster.
3.Real Qi Gong skills however will have it's effect (Burn, Stun, Slow and Freeze)increased by 20%. The damage is still depend on the equipments you wear (rings, necklace, green equipments, etc) that increase the specific Qi Gong attack. The effect is enough to make your real qi gong to stay strong at late game with all the stun , freeze, etc.
How to get REAL?
1.Train at the trainmaster the skill you want at lv 5 so you can use the skill.
2.When skill lv is lv 6 100%, go train at the trainmaster to lv 7, at lv 11 100% also train at trainmaster to lv 12 (END).
3.when your skills are lv 12 at the trainmaster, start using the skill as usual till you see a beautiful firework animation surrounding you character and that skill disappear from your hotkey bar. Congratulations, you get your real skills.
4.After that you can train another skill to real or just use that skill for lvling.
Some information about getting real
1.Don't follow some useless advice in getting real like :
A)Do not sit/meditate when training real. Use pots and keep spamming. -> Can sit/meditate or you'll be broke buying and using ginsengs non-stop.
B)Go to "this" place to get this skill real faster. -> You can get real at ANY maps (towns included, need to PK for attack skills), no such thing as can only get it faster at a specific place.
C)Do not use other skills when train real. -> You can use other skills to lv them to lv 12 while waiting real. How to survive without useful skills like Jin Jong, Tu Na and Po Huan against powerful mobs and bosses?
2.Only Po Huan and Ze Sin DON'T HAVE REAL. But at lv 12 their effect is very powerful.
3.Getting real is based on luck according to the usage time of that skill. Example you use Chi Yue 90% of the time in lvling and PK, it may get real faster than your other skills or maybe not. It is 100% luck dependent.
(Thanks justina4j for sharing this info and his friend who worked in Runup )
::Real can be gotten through hardwork (in this case hard playing). Want real? Play harder.
Theres more but I am tired to give all...
If I free I will submit more guides..k~~
