hi I have!
i bought USD5000 (about RM18,000) Boron from Profitable Plots around March 2009. being promised to get 12.5% return in over 6 months period. after 6 months, matured in September 2009, i renewed once at USD5625. matured again in April 2010. i decided to surrender the units and ask for my total return at USD6328 (about RM20,000).

when i informed them that i want to surrender the Boron. they were trying very hard to convince me to take part in their other investment scheme. all scheme projected very attractive return. however i did not buy any of those and decided to sell off all Boron with them. eventually they gave me a form to fill up and i signed on it. they have informed that it would take 30 working days for the money to get to me.

after waited for 2 months (sure it was more than 30 working days already), i still have not hear anything. so i called and checked on the status. call after call, promise after promise, i still could not get my money back. i know something is wrong and then i started looking at internet and found the following:

my heart totally sunk, as i know i might not get back the money for a long time....maybe forever. to make a point clear, i'm NOT trying to gain publicity by posting here so that i can get back my money. no. my intention is only to warn all the potential investor to be VERY VERY VERY careful with them. DONT even deal with them at all for any kind of investment, i have been through the pain, i dont hope to see anyone else will follow my footstep.

back then when i was making the investment decision, there wasn't anyone talking about this scam. there wasn't anyone talked about not getting their money back. i asked around people, all i got is the company is a famous company since they put big advertisement in astro. i went into this trap because of my own greed. i have no one to blame. however i hope my post would be a big red light for anyone who is planning to invest with them.

i am prepared to lose my money. i have no expectation to get back my money. but knowing lowyat.net is a famous forum in malaysia, i hope next time if there is anyone who would like to make an investment with profitable plot, they will be able to see this post. i will lodge report to police, MCA Micheal Chong, Bank Negara, Security Commission. i will do all i can to let the authority be aware of the situation and take legal actions against the irresponsible organization.
