OK . Can you guys recommend me any casing that can fit 360mm radiator ? RM600 my budget . USB 3.0 too . icon_rolleyes.gif

Most RM1000 casing can support 360mm on the spot. Anything less than that usually can only support 240mm + 120mm. If you are OK with the latter, there are several casings that you can get.

what's the best thing to glue/paste the arcylic to the aluminium base panel?

360 should be ok already .
480 is quite big . not all cases could fit 480
some even require mods .
