Hey Tetsu good job man. I can totally relate to your situation. Like yourself i jog and play sports, but when i went hashing with my uncle i felt like dying literally lol. Short of breath and so tired physically and mentally until i dont care anymore i practically rolled down hill, lay in mud and sweat, mosquito bites etc. But it was a good experience though glad you tried it. I had a little something like a hang out session after the trek we sat down, ate, drank, sang and played games. Pretty cool.
