Some works are overlapping each other. If you split into 3 contractor, can you handle the site coordination works? Do you know what comes first?

Since you have the 3 quotation, choose the lowest for each job, and sum it together. Then throw it back to the 3 contractor and say "This is all I've got, are you willing to do it?"
