Not sure if anyone posted this before. but if you have problems reading/viewing east asian titled Mp3s, ie your android is showing unrecognizable codes, you can these simple steps.

1) download and install a good mp3 tag editor. (i used mp3tag, its free! mp3tag download here!)

2) plug in your device to your pc using usb

3) open your mp3 tag editor and select the directory of your audio files.

4) batch select those east asian mp3s (or any mp3 you have problem reading with)

5) after the selection, go on to tools (at the top row) -> options -> tags -> mpeg -> select ID3v2.4 UTF-8 instead of UTF-16.

6) click on file -> save tag and you are done!

additional steps (not really necessary, follow if its still not working)

7) batch select those east asian mp3s

8) on the left, click on comment bar and type in < blank >

now you can view the mp3s without any problem on your audio player! have fun!
