jz phone their customer service and they keep say cannot upgrade, go to tm center in miri also face the same problem, the tm ppl even ask me to go back to forum ask you guys to upgrade for me.

i just share my experience here, samething happened to me that day. i print out the forwarded mail and the screen shot of forumer that are able to update here, and they straight away process my aplication for updates . they said the contractor will come to my house in the next few days. everything goes fine now.

i applied my upgrade at
tm point MIRI, SARAWAK.
