i already have the streamyx cool uni pac..but i want to upgrade to 4mbps it is posible?because the package already close..
1week install from my house.. but still no call from hp for laptop.. rm88 right for upgrade? |

I was told by TMPoint CS that I'm not eligible to upgrade my coolunipack anymore..due to discontinue for this package..DXMN IT! how can they do things like that!
anyone upgrade fail also? |

i applied my unipack 9th oct
but till now i never get my 4mbps i called them 4 - 5 times they said i only can get 512kbps they said they will try to get me 4mbps till now i never get it will i ever get my chance to get 4mbps ? |
