If necessary, then it'll be included from the package dy.
The system might have flaw due to launching the product immaturely but that's the real reason for a WATERCOOLER to be installed. A standard HSF is good enough for it |

those intercooler and laptop cooler wont help much...what you need , just position it at well ventilation place..thats all
