im using GIGABYTE 870-ud3 mobo, its using 8+2 phase power, but the mosfet are naked a.k.a no heatsink on top of it, so i need some recommendations plus whre to get those heatsink, n yeah the price oso, hopefully can get wutever i need in lowyat

get those small chipset cooler hopefully it'll help reduce them .
this is one of the reason i never settle down with lower spec mobo ^^,
they lack of cooling system

get those lil heatsink + 3m thermaltape to stick on it then use fans to blow on them =)

he's selling thermaltake small heatsink .
try this method .

ok found it, but i dunno hids location, plus maybe i prefer aluminium over the copper from thermaltake( aluminum faster heat dissipation, copper need fans on top for bettter performance over copper)

he's selling both alu and copper version .
iinm, the aluminium could contains more heat compared to copper .
but copper absorbs and dissipate heat faster than aluminium .

so if i get 1 of these, shud i use thermal paste or tape on the mosfets?

same with my mobo bro, hurm... why need to cool the MOSFET? anyway in HWmonitor that we can see the temperature of the MOSFET?

mosfets will use thermal tape. niclasteoh got them, recommended seller

copper absorbs heat faster but aluminium dissipates it faster ??

tats wut i tot so, maybe is there any aluminium hetsinks as alternative im looking for..
