HDCP Error for HD Connection, Poor picture quality of bluray

Anybody encounter this problem (HDCP error)?
my philips new bluray player with the LED tv has this issue, bluray picture quality poor (many boxes during screen moving) when I play avatar ( BD disc tested in shop is ok). I saw the error message on the BD player showing HDCP error. Philips said is due to the firmware issue and they are working on it! |

always do deep research on the internet before buying something and don't believe the salesman/woman 100%.
