QUOTE(bomberman @ Jul 16 2010, 01:26 AM) definitely civic 2.0 as after months of owning the forte 2.0, i can 100% confirmed that that even a 1.8 civic will have faster pickup power and i can confirmed that even using the shiftronic mode (for 2.0) also not really on par with 1.8 Civic. This is my 100% honest opinion, so i'm not sure how other's think or comment, but i can gurantee, if you own a forte 2.0, u get the best car that worth for your $. I dare to said this as I do have a 1.8 Civic (My Darling's sister ride) to compare with our forte. if you want to compare to Civic, please don't, as no matter Forte nor Civic, it just normal civilian car, not performance car. Please forget that a forte 1.6 can smoke a 1.8 Civic as claimed by other owner before this when you use the shiftronic mode as a 2.0 Forte also not 100% can do so. Yes, from technical spec on paper, Forte 2.0 do have extra power compare to Civic 1.8 & 2.0, but if you really check properlly, the 0 - 100 speed achieved faster with Civic. Sorry if i hurt anyone by my most honest opinion at above, especially all the Forte owner (1.6 or 2.0). My intention is just to enlighten those that thinking to compare the Forte with Civic. After all, we are just driving a civilian car. True also la. Every time the Cup Chai at traffic light also pick up faster than my 2.0SX. ai..... There is really nothing to be proud of getting a 93k car with 6 air bags, push start + safety feature. No big deal at all, it is just 30k cheaper than Civic.

QUOTE(MooMoointown @ Jul 20 2010, 04:09 PM) mayb it's a good reason to change to auto folding side mirrors now But when you are driving, you probably won't have enough time to fold your windows when a lorry pass by you.

Hi,
I don't remember I have seen this issue. Do you guys realize that our boot is very hot after you have travel for some times.
In other words, normally I put my laptop bag or whatever bag, after traveling from highway or city and I took out my bag, I feel it is very very hot.

Hi,
Has anyone experienced this?
When we stop at a slope with gear 'D', meaning you press on your brake while waiting for traffic light or getting parking ticket, then once you release the brake, my experience on other automatic transmission car is that the car will maintain as its original position, but my Forte will reverse abit and you need to press gas pedal so that it won't.
Is this normal?

QUOTE(izputra @ Oct 13 2010, 08:09 AM) Long time no see bro tang..hows your 2.0? By the way, i notice the same behavior also. My previous Waja 1.6A didn't behave like that at that same slope. I think it is due to low idling rpm at about 600rpm for my Forte as compared to about 800rpm for my previous Waja. The Forte also heavier than the Waja, so the tendency to have this 'reverse effect' is greater IMHO. Hi, I am doing good. Last time I didn't experience this when I was driving a wira auto. erm... Added on October 13, 2010, 12:47 pmQUOTE(kiaforteclub @ Oct 13 2010, 09:25 AM) when my car was new it was like this after a while its holding its position at slopes. what's your mileage now? Mileage about 15k, going for 3rd service very soon Added on October 13, 2010, 12:47 pmQUOTE(kiaforteclub @ Oct 13 2010, 09:25 AM) when my car was new it was like this after a while its holding its position at slopes. what's your mileage now?
