Guys i am planning to buy a cerato aka fotre overseas , what is the steps to make sure if i am buying it? cause i found out that that region dont have Paddle Shift and start button installed

Paddle pop shift can install using aftermarket product. so far in SG got. don't have in MY yet, in OZ dunno. I wonder got half cut or not ? i want to get the Dashboard with the Paddleshift cause australia spec dont have =.=
