when you paid the deposit, do they give you official receipt? if yes they should have acknowledge.
and your downpayment. by cash or cheque? should paid to company right. they should have acknowledge as well.

take ur downpayment receipt and go direct to the branch manager......complain gao gao.........the branch manager should take responsible of his/her staff wrong doing.

This is the time where you need to compile all your documents (e.g deposit slip, receipt for D/P, etc) and show to the branch manager.
Need to ask you this, did u book 2.0 or 1.6? If you booked 2.0, then looks like you fell for it, have to wait now since the d/p is with Naza branch d.If its 1.6, you should be getting your car soon (in few days/or 1-2 weeks) once you sort it out with the branch manager.

As for Careline, just dont bother...they may not even have your car records even after you get your car. I spoke to the useless Careline more than 10-20x d, sometimes the careline person who answer dont even know my car color that I booked (e.g say my metal bronze still not available when it has always been white) or I have called before. There is even one time, someone called me from there to tell me that my 2.0 sx has been allocated and I already got my 1.6 sx. This shows you how fxxxxx their system or attitude is. You can log a complain with Careline once you have your booking number (refer to the invoice that they gave you.) but it will be pointless, someone will sound like they care and say they will get back to you...but they most probably never call you back.
