wow.. earned almost 1k per phone. LOL.

Original price from UK convert RM2230 (I use my msia cc to buy £450 few weeks ago) - VAT 16.7% (if got someone flying back to msia from UK = RM1857.59.

Where did you read it from that its confirmed SLCD? I've read many reports saying its a regular TFT as opposed to a G2/DZ which is a 100% confirmed SLCD. Even HTC Malaysia on FB said that DHD using regular TFT.

and most if the review also 'visually' saw that it should be TFT. but i do hope it is SLCD.

usually, the spec doesn't tell you about it.

Yup most reviews mentioned that the DZ looks better and have better viewing angles than the DHD. I've followed the DHD's developement for quite some time and was hoping it will be an SLCD too but in the end, im pretty convinced it isnt.

Besides the screen, I also prefer the back of the DZ. The DHD's back looks like it's made up of patches.

TFT? omg... such a big screen but using normal TFT? it killing battery faster. argh! y last min alot unexpected issue from DHD 1... damn.. need to reconsider DZ.

i dont think it is SLCD..i tried it by playing angry birds and the color totally wash out compare to SLCD on desire

old batches is amoled, they ran out of amoled screen, so use slcd to replace it in new batches of desire

the early batch of HTC Desire is using AMOLED display.. the later units/batch is using SLCD due to the outage of AMOLED stock by Samsung.. Samsung is not capable to meet AMOLED demands since they have allocated most of their production on S-AMOLED
