Is the O2 XDA II Mini Black (Limited Edition) really available in Malaysia or Lowyat Plaza? According to seeo2.com

Sales countries

The Limited Edition of Xda II mini Black is available in :
. Indonesia
. Singapore
. Hong Kong
. India
. Thailand

Maybe ours are imported from Singapore? And can anyone verify about the RAM. I heard the black one has increased RAM, is it 128 MB?

xensation x10 would be a better choice compared ot the headset i guess. For me at least. Anyway, since the O2 XDA II Mini Black has the completely same specs as the silver one. The price should be the same right? Or is there an extra few hundred ringgit charged for the "Limited Edition" cert and cool black color. Ugh... I sure don't hope it turns out like that.

I bought my O2 Mini recently. Very satisfied with the overall performance. However, I have some questions to ask the sifoos here.

1. Lets say this person has 2 mobile phone numbers. How to add both numbers into the same contact? As in under the mobile phone number section.

2. When I send a message to another person. I tap on the screen for the contacts then tap on the contact's name. The contact's number will appear under the "To:" section and then I will proceed to type the SMS. However, after sending the SMS, the contact's name isn't displayed inside my Sent Messages Folder. Instead, the contact's number is shown. If I have alot of messages, its very hard to identify which messages is for who...

I apologize if the questions are a little too complicated. I'm not that good at explaining the situation. Once again, sorry if these questions had been asked and answered before. Scrolling through 90 pages take a hell lot of time. Thanks in advance.

OK, I solved the problem regarding the SMS. Now I'm only facing the problem with putting multiple mobile phone numbers for the same contact.

However, I now face another problem. I can't seem to put mp3 as my ringtone eventhough its in my \Windows\Rings folder. I already installed the patch here. I'm having a headache trying to set Mp3 as my ringtone. The patch doesn't work for me.

AFAIK, unlike nokia/SE phones, where the SMS tone stops when u read the message... The O2 Mini's sms tone plays until the end, avoid putting songs for sms tone then. I myself use the default tone, amplifed and looping twice.

I SMS using the phonepad too... I find smsing with it faster compared to transcriber/graffiti. Maybe my handwriting is just too bad. Haha

I was wondering. Which is the better video capture format for O2 Mini's camera. MPEG-4 or Motion JPEG (AVI)?

Erm.. sorry to repeat the question.. Any pro out there can tell me which video format is better for capturing video with the O2 Mini? MPEG-4 (Uses quicktime player to open) o Motion JPEG Avi which is much more cmmon. I want the best quality, size and compression doesn't matter.. Thanks in advance

Mini can do CHINESE INPUT????
*
Yea. You need extra software though such as Monster Chinese or the one I'm using which is CE Star. Still, I prefer the pinyin input method used in handphones... Its much faster compared to inputing pinyin using the small keyboard. So hard to input chinese on a bus as the bus is shaking all along the journey.

But there are a few essential softwares by-passed by doing this... am i right? will it speed up my O2 Mini alot? If not then its not worth going through all the trouble...
