here we go ... i got from maxis cust care after i email them .. im tired calling 123 but still unresolve ... anybody wanna in pdf format pls leave an email address ... this setup is for postpaid i dunno either hotlink using a same setting ...

Local O2 XDA2 Mini set comes pre-configured with Maxis csd/gprs/mms settings. To do auto configuration go to:

Start -> Programs ->Auto Config
Scroll down and Select Maxis.
[Check on the box] I want to do automatic configuration now.
Click Ok.
Click Restart.

CSD/GPRS/MMS Settings:

CSD Settings.
Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Connections->
My ISP
->Manage existing connections
-click General
Enter a name for these settings: Maxis Settings
-click Modem -> New
Enter a name for the connection: Maxis CSD
Select a modem: Cellular Line
-click Next
Enter the number exactly as it should be dialed. Include any extra numbers, such as an outside line or credit card. : +60121112
-click Next
User name: maxis
Password: wap
Domain:
-click Advanced
-click Port Settings
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop Bits: 1
Flow control: Hardware
Terminal
[Uncheck the box] Use terminal before connecting
[Uncheck the box] Use terminal after connecting
[Uncheck the box] Enter dialing commands manually
-click TCP/IP
Select use server-assigned IP address
[Uncheck the box] Use slip

EMAIL CONFIGURATION:

1. Click on Start, select Inbox.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Select New Account.
4. Enter your email address in the text box.
5. Select Next to proceed.
6. Device will attempt to auto-configure your email settings - Press Skip
7. Your Name: <Enter your name>
8. User Name: <Enter email user name>
9. Password: <Enter email password>
11. Select Next to proceed.
12. Account Type: select POP3
13. Name: <Enter a preferred name for you email account. Eg. Maxisnet>
14. Select Next to proceed.
15. Under Server Information enter the following details:
? Incoming mail: <Please refer to your email provider>
? Outgoing mail: smtp.maxis.net.my
16. Domain: leave it blank
17. Click Options
18. Click Next
19. [Check the box] Outgoing e-mail server requires authentication. (If using Maxinet). If using other email service provider, [Uncheck the box] Outgoing e-mail server requires authentication.
20. [Uncheck the box] Requires SSL
21. [Uncheck the box] Outgoing e-mail server requires authentication.
22. Select. -> Get full copy of messages
23. Select Finish to complete your setup
