there is 128MB ROM for program and user data. and the new mini will be coming together with Microsoft Windows Mobile(tm) Version 5 Pocket PC Phone Edition. and sometime ago, i read that the processor for the new mini is acctually like dual core. 1 processor for the pda and 1 for the phone, dun ask me for details about this, as i am not sure myself, but i believe there will be dedicated processors for the mini, and we should not compare the intel preocessor's MHz with the OMAP 850, as MHz is not a valid comparison between brands of processor.
The Qtec 9100 Mobile Pocket PC is also known as I-Mate K-Jam and O2 XDA mini S
