Is been sometime I didn't post anything here. Not that I have left the O2 mini gang, but life just a little more busy...

Alright, back to the topic. Recently I'm facing this problem with my mini. Lets just say now I'm on a conversation with 'A' with my mini(I've activated Calls Waiting/Holding), before my active line is drop, I receive another incoming call from 'B'.

Then my problem here started to bother me. Usually I will press the Answer key from the screen to pickup call from 'B', but not all the time I can answer 'B' call. Sometimes the screen just remain with the incoming call window even I had press answer to pick up the calls.

Beside that, even if I choose to end my call with 'A' 1st then only answer 'B' incoming call, sometimes the same problem also will occur. This will cause me missed out important calls and also will increase my phone bill since I've to call them back and worse is some of my clients thought that I purposely don't answer their calls~

Phew~ sweat.gif Anyone mini user here facing the same problem too? Btw, beside pressing the Answer key from the screen to pickup another incoming call while you are talking with somebody, is there any other way to answer the incoming call? Such as pressing the Answer key from the keypad?

Suggestions and opinions will be highly appreciated~ 10q

Anyone upgraded to SPB Pocket Plus 3?

FYI, I have, but I found it rather slow on refreshing the information on the screen like remaining battery usage and so on....

Anyone facing this as well?

Shit, my Mini just hard-reset itself on Monday noon time while I'm fishing in the middle of the sea!!!!

So damn sad that time until I found out I did a backup a month ago. But it still won't help cause all my recent valuable data has gone...

Sigh, just simply hang while I try to take a pic of a fish that my friend manage to get from the sea, then I just press the soft reset button and 'boom', it hard reset itself without giving me any signal!!!!

Someone please help. Urgently!!!!

Anyone know who is providing such service for BIG STORAGE? I'm willing to pay for such service since I'm not a good at doing this, provided the fees is reasonable and the person must be knowledgable in doing the BIG STORAGE!!!

Whoever knows where I can seek for such service, kindly let me know.

Thank you very much~

Guys, finally my mini now is with the Big Storage and I'm really enjoying the extra storage for my programs, though I didn't have much yet whistling.gif

My mini, is like a new gadget with the improved speed. I tend to change my screen protector as I wanted to pamper more on my mini. Anyone knows where is the right place to get the cheapest Martin Field SP around the town? And also, I think is time to give a new 'kinning'to my mini since the currently starting to tear off slowing. Anyone knows whats the latest price for the lamination service in Sg Wang? Please let me know as I want to allocate my budget.

Last but not least, I would like to take a chance here to say thank you to the guy which did the Big Storage for me. Thank you very much, vic @ mpc!!! Without him, I wouldn't able to enjoy my mini with extra storage and speed~ Thanks a lot.....

as far as i know the price for martin fields sp is standard rm 50 rite? that's the price tat the main shops are selling it for....

hey kean i dunno if anyone has asked or u have posted the answer already....just like to know what actually is this big storage about?
*
I was trying to find the thread in lyn for ya but too bad i couldn't locate it. The Big Storage basically is to remove some unnessary files which store in your mini and eventually make your internal storage increase from 7mb to 26mb.

So you can save most of your programs in the storage instead of the main memory hence will increase the performance of your mini~

Hope my brief explaination will help and if you need more info, try do a search @ mpc wuth the keyword 'big storage mini'

cry.gif  cry.gif  cry.gif

anyone experience this before??
Please share why it happen this way? I lost all my data inside...

so, another question, usually i sync my O2 with my laptop..
is it possible for me to restore everything from my laptop?
coz when i run the activesync.... it will want me to establish a new profile...
how can my resolve this .. please help...

Sad to hear so, I too encountered the same thing about 1 month ago~

Let this be a lesson, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BACKUP!!!!

Highly recommend to use Sprite Backup to backup your data~

Well, I'm not pro here, but if you did have a previous backup in your laptop/pc activesync, I think it is possible to restore it back. I think you can check the option in activesync for the magic~

Hope this really help~

Guys, finally after so many months of owning my Mini, today I already started to use the GPRS.

Well, now I have some new question and try to seek for opinion from fellow members here.

1. What is the best program that can be used for GPRS tracking? Such like how many KBs has been transfer and possible with the cost incurred too.... (I'm using the PhoneAlarm 1.26, inside it has a GPRS cost tracker, but I don't know how to setup, anyone know how? Please share)

2. Since I'm using the GPRS, thought that I wanted to use it for mail checking too. Can someone please teach me how to setup my Mini in order to send/receive mails for the following accounts?
- Streamyx
- Gmail

Okay, will stop here now. Hope that members can help me out~

Thanks ya~

Guys, I have some question for using GPRS on mini.

Here are my Qs:

1. I'm using Maxis GPRS, so how do the charges like? Based on data receive/transfer or number of times of connection to the GPRS?

2. If I continue stay connected to GPRS but without any data transfer, will I get charge?

So these are the 2 Qs at the moment.... Will ask more if I have more to come...

Peak Hour : 1sen/KB
Off Peak : 0.5sen/KB

The only reason I will change my current O2 Mini is due to the camera quality~ Other than that, I see no reason I should change my mini~

The current Mini camera really sux big time~ Even my ex-K700i is much more better than it~

Last time didn't use the camera much, so not much complain, but now~ Situation has changed~
