The question being asked before, not sure whether somebody already replied to it or not, anyway, just to share with you guys.

Q: Can I record phone call?

A: To record a phone call, start the phone calls as per normal, then once you have started the phone call, open the NOTES application, tap NEW from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. Simply tap the record button to record the conversation.
