QUOTE(Alone @ Jul 14 2010, 09:42 PM) I've been wondering this for years. neither. the body would take over the point of consciousness. the same thing as when the brain is crushed immediately. the question of left or right does not figure in at all.If you cut a person clean in half, vertically, fast enough, which side would he still be conscious from before the brain processes the cut? QUOTE(Shah_15 @ Aug 12 2010, 08:39 PM) i think most of the body senses is connected to the nerves system located in the back bone before being channel to brain for processing.. it is like comparing the function of the i/o bus to the CPU, they may be made of the same material but dont have the same function. |

since u said splitted into two by a vertical cut, it is certain that the brain stem will b destroyed, then the person wouldnt know what had happened to him.. just like police/swat snipers try to target the brain stem instead other places around the head

QUOTE(Shah_15 @ Aug 12 2010, 04:03 PM) i wouldn't say the bone, but i know there's a part behind your head/neck that does some quick reflexes that doesn't require permission from the brain to command parts of the body to move... forgot the name... and i'm not sure if this one would be the correct answer QUOTE(teongpeng @ Aug 12 2010, 10:11 PM) that has nothing to do with the physical body.. or at least proven science... =x |

You have your conscience up in my ass and now you have consciousness in somebody's penis. You are so obsessed with vulgarities I wonder what kind of religion that you intend to start. |
