question, how does one obtain a red card? (i've heard those with red cards are exempted from physical activities.)
also, what cons may be implied upon these red card trainees? will they be "specially marked" and receive a different certificate from ordinary trainees?
i'm actually wondering if employers will actually see this "red card case" and have a mindset that "this person is a sick person, why would i want to employ him?"
