I was particularly impressed with Mascherano. He played with his heart. As if the news were all non-existent. Chased and closed down everyone, backed up the last 4 very well. Cole was closed down very quickly each time he gets the ball, but the sending off was not necessary as what Duke mentioned. Probably he was doing his best to impress. Another player I would like to highlight in yesterday's game was Milan Jovanovich. He has the strength and pace to out-muscle/run 2-3 Arsenal players which was very delightful sight as this is his 1st Premier League start.

Great goal by Ngoal. He's had a great game. Really good goal just after the start of 2nd half. Must've stunned Arsenal. Should he have buried the header, the match was ours.

Gerrard was great, making tackles here and there, great long passes to open up some width. He was the one following Rosicky into the penalty box when he made the shot, had Gerrard not been there, Rosicky would have a better chance and place a shot into the back of the net.

I'm not so sure the reason Masch was replaced by Lucas as we were hanging on to a 1-0 lead with 10men. We needed to park our bus and counter-attack on every opportunity. I had a feeling the goal will come. Parking our bus against the big teams are very big risk, but that is the only option we have since we were 1 man down. Reina actually went out of position when Chamakh flicked the ball and Walcott was lurking and our back 4 was scrambling to clear. My heart skipped a beat there.

A good save off Rosicky's shot, and Arsenal is getting closer and closer. It finally came, was very disappointed with the way we conceded as we've did away with much better tries from Arsenal. I'm happy with 1 point with 10-men against Arsenal.

Overall good football from the lads and I hope we can be better with fully fit Torres back in the frame.

The point I'm trying to make is Almunia is partly responsible for that goal. And I as well agree that N'gog has the same class of finish as Torres. 
That is a great instinctive shot, but a keeper should have done better to block it.

on the right we have a solid player in kelly, although his natural position is cb but he has done well in recent matches on the right so i'll be more than happy to see him step in for glenny when he's injured. its the left back position that might be worrying, dont expect agger to play there long term. talking about alonso, it will never happen !    and talking about roy, the man can speak fluently in 7 languages ! talk about communicating and getting the message right to the players !

Now that Babel finally having his chance at his preferred position, If he cant impresses, then his time at our club will be numbered.
I actually thought we are quite well stock in striking department as well as midfield so cant fathom why are we going for another forward given our financial problem. Rmb that Babel & Kuyt are originally strikers. Together with Torres & Ngog, thats 4 strikers, 5 if u include Jova.
We are mostly playing with lone striker as well, which means we're effectively paying a premium for backup striker. Not sure thats a wise thing to do. If really wanna buy, wonder why Klose is not taken into consideration since he wont cost much & good in the air which is something we lacked like forever.
Loaning out Aquilani, don't think its a good idea as well considering Cole is injury prone & loaning out one of the club's biggest signing without really having him having a real go seems a bit unwise

Both are playing in different position i dun think will make much difference. 
And Aquilani deserve a second chance consider he is still injury-plagued last season. Hopefully he can produce some masterful play in the next few games if he has the chance
