from my point of view... It has been 6 games with the same 4-5-1 formations... the only difference is that Gerrard (more offensive player) started deeper in the center instead of 2 holding midfielders that was usually used by Rafa... and also there's no more heavily criticized zonal marking in defending set-pieces... So far he didn't make any drastic changes in tactics only rectifying some weakness ...

In addition those fragile Spanish team is top of FIFA ranking winning both Euro and World Cup...

Insua has been given a green light once.. so he might feel that he's not part of manager's plan anymore... it's just a matter of time.

he should only be loaned out to a club that can give him 1st team football as that is the main intention of RH in the first place... to make sure Aqua plays every week and to regain his full capabilities once again..

Well between those two (Lucas and Aqua) for me it's an easy pick.. I'd choose Lucas straight away.. Aqua might be a lot better but what's the point of having all those qualities and abilities if you can use him less than 10 games a season.. It's like having an employee who can only come to work less than 10 days in a month..
So IMO sending him back to Italy for a loan will be the best way for him to recover... and when he returns, hopefully he'll be better than he was..
