Just wanted to share my experience. I had the cat 5e cables from ctrlaltdel88 during my house renovation to be lay and concealed. After which out of convenience when I was shopping in MV, I bought the Sarowin HDMI extender. Disappointingly it doesn't work no matter what I tried. I sort for help from ctrlaltdel88, he gave me valuable advise, offer me 14 days refundable period. And when I get the HDMI extender, it worked instantly. The good part is it's compatible with Sarowin splitter and wsitch, which really help to cut my losses. My advise to everyone is, try to get the cable + solution from ctrlaltdel88, to avoid the same drama and headache I've went through. Cheers.
