I recommend this to all those interested in this product.

Transaction Place: Yit was kind enough to COD at my hotel @ Crowne Mutiara during my holidays in KL.

Total spend: RM620 (HDMI Package) + RM100 (for cat5e conduit) + additional astro remote control=RM750.00++ spend (worth it)

IR was not working, courier back to Yit and he test and replace the IR for me.

It is working fine now. My dad can control the astro beyond decorder from my second living room.

Hopefully, this product can last long as it is still a very new product.

Inside the box, there was no instruction manual, please consider putting one in for customer's convenient.

Lastly, thanks for Yit's good service and highly recommended to anyone interested.
