i don't think so you need to get rid all (# players) ?? better to have at least drogba in case you have ..... rather than waste your unnecessary transfer and if you are really confident enough (gut feeling) that those transfer IN will contribute sufficient points to your team then go ahead

not sure on tevez IF his boss going to put him on starting lineup or NOT this gw due to the unsettle issues happening now
