H2H League

Now that we have a fairly large number of participants I've created the H2H League.
Either I'll make it 38 participants then everyone plays everyone once or 20 participants and everyone plays everyone twice like how the EPL is actually setup.

I'll start by sending the H2H league code to the regulars/active members.
If anyone else wants to be included in the H2H, send me a PM but only if are sure you will have some input on the forums throughout the season.

For now it looks like 20 might work better since there are not so many active members. So far sent the code to 12.
