Not yet try elelinux; I'm tired flashing stuff for the time being.
I remember the day I called SiS around nine something in the morning. I asked if Hero is available locally. The girl said they are distributing Hero to shops and should be ready for purchase by afternoon the same day.
After office I went to LYP and book myself a set. The next day I have mine. My Hero is almost a year old nao.

I take it you are using a 2nd hand Hero. If you want to remove the previous owner's Google account, just follow the step I mentioned earlier. However, I'd suggest that you do a reset to factory settings. Be informed that you are using VR9, which is outdated - the latest is VR12. The update is available here: http://is.gd/fgdGVCheck the old Hero thread. It's like a Discovery Channel there :-)

I just bought SwiftKey. Awesome keyboard, I think it's better than Swype.

Running CM6 Nightly Build #133. Better than FV 1.5.

Try http://goo.gl/8REyI don't like WiFi tethering. The phone gets really hot after awhile. And it sucks the battery like I drink my Gatorade after re-spooling wet bell clump weight wire.

Oh hai. You can do screenshot using ShootMe, Screenshot It, drocap2 etc. Root is a must though. Else, use ddms.bat from your tools folder inside Android SDK.

Is it just me or... I feel the SMS/MMS app in CM nightly is quite laggy, it's annoying.

Consider your Hero as dead if you decided to wait for official stuff. Hero oldfags like some of us would suggest to go to the dark side.
Head to XDA and learn for yourself. Nobody's gonna teach anybody.

Bro bonanno,
I'm all good thank you :-)
Not really. Currently I'm just a small peanut handling several air & saturation diving spreads for cari makan.

I tried CM7, the icons at the notification area suck dog, even after I applied the graphic fix.
I stick with my current nightly.

Tethering with PdaNet, awesome speed. The average speed is almost double the speed I get from EasyTether.

PdaNet is free from Market.
If you feel rich and wanted to surf secured sites via PdaNet, then you need to shell out some USD to the dev and get the full license.
Hotfile download above is not from a secure link. So I guess there is no need to pay the dev to achieve that speed.
