hie guys...
i just wanna ask 1 thing... Does Davor Suker join Malaysia club/league before??? it happens that i remember very very clear that Davor Suker join malaysia club before for a very short while. (i think selangor, cant rmber which specific club.) but apparently i couldnt find any info regarding this in internet. im just trying to recall if i remember wrong player or what?? can someone enlighten me? |

One very prominent ex-EPL star that used to play for Sabah is David Rocastle. He's an Arsenal legend that played for a couple of season in Malaysia. Sadly he passed away at a young age due to some illness.

Err mods, is there a reason this thread is still active? No, Suker has never ever played in Malaysia. The closest we've come to signing international class players, no disrespect to Cottee, Kiwomya, Roecastle and any Australian or third world country internationals is when Pahang were reported to be interested in bidding for Arsenal's Ian Wright and Liverpool's Swedish international, Glen Hysen. Ah also former Selangor goalkeeper Karel Stromsik was in the Czech 1982 World Cup squad if memory serves me and he played a game while having a fever!
