That clock in the 1st pic is one of the HTC Sense clocks.
The task widget is called To-Do Task Manager.

You have to flash the zip file fist before installing the apk file or it wont work. smile.gif

Some music players like Cubed offer the function to download album art, but most music players don't have it I believe.

Erm you don't really have to root phone..just download LauncherPro and use Desktop Visualizer to make custom icons.
About the album pictures, I have no idea if it is possible to change them to your own pics..

Yup I did. Mainly to install custom ROM or themes. And after root you can access to paid apps too.

Had done minimal customization..
as the point is to mimic iPhone, just to show that Android has the ability to do so but not vice versa tongue.gif

flashed to MIUI 0.10.22, but keep facing force close problems, and I like the old lockscreen more, so reverted back to 0.10.15..

The clock widget is SiMi clock widget. Just use LauncherPro Plus or ADW to resize it to drag the line long. smile.gif
