the white notification bar is ROM specific i believe.
LeeDroid (might be wrong) and a few more mod it to white
you need new sets of icons and stuff to load the white notification bar
else you cant see a thing!

That's the espresso bar mod.
have to root your phone to get that

he is using the standard lock unlock
just add a quick shortcut for camera and silent/vibrate mode
