do you mean far right or left? if u meant the lockscreen, it is on far right and it is the lockscreen available on the MIUI Rom by Rodriguez. If you

really meant the pic on the far left, it is my main homescreen with widgets which i made like WP7 tiles. no sweet animations like the original tiles

yup, its the desktop visualizer like what khalpowers said,
it allows you to apply your own custom image as the icon

when your phone turn side way (landscape) the icon run all over the place. that is one point I don't like about it but other than that is awesome !!

My battery pretty much the whole day (fb, twitter, email,sms, calls). If i play games like angry birds and NFS Shift I need to charge after 4-5hours.

I'm using Desire HD with temp root (Visionary). I'm not sure what ROM i'm using. LOL. First android phone.

no theme ..u want theme get ADW launcher,Dxtoppro launcher,Helix launcher,SweeterHome launcher n GDE launcher...But u can customise with ur creativity using launcher pro plus..

for example , Andrewtst screen using LauncherPro

u can google for dock....so simple la bro...or u can go to xda forum section theme ..n search for pro launcher dock...hehe
