the TI/ARM Cortex A9 is here soon.. it is about 25% faster than A8... this Cortex A8 is Manufacturer by TI(Texus Instrument).. not samsung nor QuadComm...

ARM processor are design by ARM corp... and can be manufacture by a lot of SemiCon company.. in phone.. like QualComm, samsung, TI... even Intel... they all pay loyalty fees to ARM Corp....

QualComm Snapdragon... base on Wiki... coming CPU will be...

where Samsung Hummingbird is also a Cortex A8... with their own modification on it... higher performance than a same frequency Snapdragon...
