Hi, it is not normal. Recently ADA soil got problem with high pH. Please test the pH of your amazon soil and it is too high, pls return back to the LFS or ADA distributor and get a new pack with no problem from them .

Urm I bought the tank set (+ filter and lamp) for RM88. Then plus sand, anti chlorine, bio ring, fish scoop, fishes, food about RM140?

i think for a 1.5 ft tank, 2213 is okay.. but since ur spending 200 bucks for a filter.. might as well go straight for 2215 so u can still use it if u upgrade ur tank
CO2 tank is a necessity.. solenoid is not use the money u gonna spend for solenoid on the filter instead
unless ur a super busy person, manual regulator is adequate just that u have to adjust the bubbles more regularly

im using a 18W only 6700k daylight bulb...=(
using ADA power soil Malaya
eheim 2213
with diy co2 doing 2-3 bubbles a minute on bubble counter
got about 3 pots of HC
some amazon swords, and anubias
cycled for two weeks already
so just to try it out i added 2 cherry barbs and 2 white mountain cloud
and about 5 cherry shrimps
in about half an hour all the shrimps started going belly up and falling on substrate
i had to rescue them and put them in a different tank and now theyre doing fine
the fishes seem to be fine except abit shy (which might be due to new surroundings)
anybody can help me figure out what the hell is wrong
ive been doing 25% water changes, and everything

@sexyme - AiyOOOOOOO ur rock so big and siokk!! how much la u paid for those rockkss?? easily rm12/kg and seems like its around 30-40kg there!

i love the rocks man! my only comment would be ermmmmmmmm

u see the big rock in the middle.. that Straight line from left to right looks a little bit unnatural..

so u see that big rock + that smaller rock in the middle front.. add alittle more rocks at that area so it would blend nicely..

but i love the rocks.. i love big rocks hahahahh
